Fashion month has officially started with New-York City. The event was held from February 9 - 17, 2017. Most of the shows took place at Skylight Clarkson Sq. (5550 Washington St). The official website for NY Fashion Week gives you the possibility to watch live shows and exclusive designer content. That's something I really appreciate as a foreigner.
More than 50 designers such as Prabal Gurung, The Row, Marc Jacobs, Hood by Hair, 3.1 Phillip Lim, Alice+Olivia by Stacey Bendet, Sherri Hill, Mara Hoffman, Gabriela Hearst, Marchesa, Zac Posen, Monique Lhuillier, Caroline Herrera just to name a few presented their Fall/Winter Haute Couture Collection to the audience.
You will see down below how celebrities and fashionistas dressed up in style despite the rain and the snow. You will notice as well a lot of layering, denim, faux fur and curly wool coats.
