Hello,
It has been a while since my last Scandinavian fashion week post. Stockholm is known for being the leading fashion week of Northern Europe since 2005. The bi-annual event was held at the renowned Grand Hôtel from Tuesday, August 28, 2018 to Thursday, August 30, 2018.
Designers such as Ida Klamborn, Charlott Vasberg, aria Nilsdotter, Busnel, Nhorm, Ingy Stockholm, Soft Goat, Diana Orving, Our Legacy, Little Liffner, Ida Sjostedt just to name a few presented their Spring/Summer 2019 collections to the fashion industry.
I have watched runway shows online and I particularly liked a brand called Busnel. The collection is minimalist and effortless. Louise Falkenberg (the designer) used flowy fabrics like silk and linen. As for colors, they are pretty neutral. I have noticed a lot grey, beige and off-white.
In this street style selection, you will see a lot of check and tartan prints. Kitten heels and mules are everywhere and wide leg pants are making a comeback. I think this selection is quite vibrant and colorful.
See below some of the best street style looks from Stockholm Fashion Week.
