Even though the "big four" fashion weeks of New York, London, Milan and Paris are over, there are actually more than hundred fashion weeks around the world. Seoul is one of them. Hera Seoul Fashion Week was held at the Dongdaemun Design Plaza from Monday 15th to Sunday 21st October 2018. The bi-annual event gathered more than sixty brands including Han Chul Lee, D-antidote, Dozoh, Studio Seong, Kimmy J, Charm's, Münn, JLW, Ordinary People, Moon Lee Nu Parcc, Min Ju Kim, Nohant, Beyond Closet.
I have always been a fan of Korean fashion. I particularly like genderless (KYE), experimental (Maxxij), urban and athleisure (stretch angels and Juun.J) brands. There are a lot of amazing designers in South Korea, you should definitely check them out.
In this street style selection you will see tons of belted blazers, tartan blouses, neutral suits, oversized coats and full length trench coats. As for accessories, I have found a lot of berets, baker boy hats, Fendi bags, Off-white industrial belts and of course ugly dad shoes from Louis Vuitton and Balenciaga.
Catch up on all the latest fashion trends from Hera Seoul Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2019.
