The second stop of "the big four" is none other than London. The bi-annual event took place from Friday 15th to Tuesday 19th February 2019. London Fashion Week shows, presentations and private parties were mainly held at BFC Show Space (Brewer Street Car Park).
More than 70 shows were scheduled during this week. Designers such as Burberry, Roland Mouret, Roberta Einer, Edeline Lee, JW Anderson, House of Holland, Christopher Kane, Marta Jakubowski, ERDEM, Richard Malone, Vivienne Westwood, Zandra Rhodes, Victoria Beckham, Alice Archer, Margaret Howell showcased their Fall/Winter 2019 collections to the media, fashion directors, editors, creative consultants and celebrities.
Expect to see lots of midi skirts, maxi dresses, neon sweaters, trench coats, oversized blazers, suits paired with sneakers, knee high boots and kitten heels in this street style selection. As for accessories, clear bags and mini top handle bags such as the ville textured bag from Balenciaga, the GG Marmont from Gucci and the Kan bag from Fendi are definitely the it bags of the season.
I'm always in search of inspiration that's probably why I'm so into street style looks.
