Leather has become my latest obsession. If you're into leather pieces, I invite you to read my previous post about leather jackets. I'm not going to lie, leather pants are not for every body shapes. Keep in mind that it's a thick fabric which means that it will add a few "extra pounds". As a result, it's not the most flattering material on curvy women. On the other hand, a pair of high waisted pants will look better on women who have bigger hips and thighs because it will accentuate and define the waist.

As for leather pants, don’t limit yourself to the classic black leather pants, feel free to experiment other colors such as green, beige, brown, navy blue or burgundy. However, if the color is an issue for you, I would suggest you to try a black leather pants with crocodile or patent effects (see the profile picture above). These kind of prints are statement pieces that will easily upgrade your outfit.

Depending on the occasion, leather pants can be styled in various ways. For a modern athleisure look, you can slightly tuck your oversized hoodie or sweater into the pants and complete the look with a pair of sneakers. Or you can go for a more put-together look by styling them with a blazer, a square-necked top, a blouse or a turtleneck.

I have compiled some of my favorite leather pants outfits below. Thank you for stopping by.
