Good afternoon,
I hope you're doing well. The French Prime Minister has finally announced post lockdown measures. Elementary schools are reopening today. The 10km daytime travel restriction will be lifted on May 3rd. Restaurants, museums and movie theaters are suppose to open mid-May. However, the 7pm curfew will remain in place until the pandemic is under control. We'll see how it goes...
Two weeks ago, I went to shoot in front of Bourse de Commerce. It's a contemporary art museum owned by François Pinault (French billionaire businessman). It's located in the 1st arrondissement of Paris and it's not too far from the metro - Châtelet-les-halles station.
When the weather is still a little bit chilly in the morning, I like creating layered looks. All the pieces I'm wearing for this look were found in different thrift stores. I've been looking for a long leather jacket for the longest time. Don't come at me PETA, this one is faux leather haha. I found this trench coat in the men's section. It's a little bit big for me (size large) but again it's perfect for layered looks. It was only 14 euros. I styled the jacket with a white button-up shirt. I think it's one of thoses pieces that will never go out of style. You can easily dress it up or down. This Zara shirt was only 3 euros. I added another layer underneath with this black crop top from Boohoo. I don't exactly remember the price because I bought it a few years ago but I'm sure the price didn't exceed 10 euros.
Then, I decided to style these tops with a pair of light wash jeans. They're originally from Mango (12 euros). I've bought chunky boots online last month for 18 euros. Lastly, I carried a baby blue bag from Forever 21. I think I bought it for 10 euros.
